Family Nurse Practitioner Crystal Thornton, founder of Remedy Weight Loss and Wellness, is a champion of transformation. With a career rooted in service, first with the United States Air Force and then in healthcare across the country, she understands the impact of health and wellness on quality of life.

Fueled by her own weight loss journey, Crystal’s mission is deeply personal: “I understand that losing weight can be difficult, but it is not impossible. I struggled too, but I was determined to make changes to live the life I desired.”

Crystal brings over 31 years of medical experience, including 9 years focused on internal medicine in Alaska, to the table. This expertise, combined with her own experience, fuels her belief in personalized care. She collaborates with clients to address the unique complexities of weight loss and create sustainable strategies
